It's completely normal to have a busy mind, especially when starting out. Our meditations are designed with beginners in mind, offering gentle guidance to help you focus and relax. Remember, meditation is a practice, and it's okay if your mind wanders. Simply bringing your focus back to the meditation each time is a part of the process and can still yield great benefits over time.
